The first thing that comes to mind is, ma'am, where will we read what we are going to study?  Who will you study from?  Which book will you use ?  Which book will you follow?  So whatever you have always been doing, you have to do the same here also.  You have to follow NCERT only. You can also take help of other books. You can use an exemplar.  Isn't it?  You can solve the question from somewhere else.  You can also read the topic from anywhere else.  But after finishing this, you have to read NCERT completely.  Ok?  Now look, the syllabus is big.  The difficulty level will also increase slightly.  Isn't it?  But I have to start studying from the beginning. As we are going to make you do it in the initial batch also.  I will explain everything to you from the beginning.  What is important?  How deep? You have to go to as much depth as you can.  Ok ?  Because if you compare 11th with 10th, you will see many more things.  And if it is more then you will have to spend more time studying.   You will have to show a little more seriousness also.  Isn't it?  Many things will change slightly here.  But there is nothing to be afraid of. Everything will be explained to you in an easy manner.  The end will also be made easy for you and you just have to not leave the discipline.  It is not that in excitement we completed all the chapters in the first month. We have completed two chapters. We have completed three chapters.  Now as it is happening brother, time is moving forward.  We became focused on one subject.  Or we are doing this that friend, we are feeling very lazy.

 Choose important Topics :

They are leaving many topics unsaid. This should not be done here.  Because as the syllabus increases, this starts happening with time.  But you don’t have to do this. So you have to use the book NCERT only.  You have two books right now. As it happened in 10th, there were three subjects in one book.  Physics, Chemistry, Biology.  There are two books on one subject here.  So there are two books of chemistry.  One part one, one part two.  In part one you will have six chapters and in part two you will have a total of three chapters.  That is, if we look overall, how many chapters do you have to read in class 11th ?  11 chapters.  No, I have to read it, I have to read nine chapters.  In class 11th you have to read nine chapters.  Come on, your chemistry will be divided into three portions. One will be physical chemistry, one will be inorganic and one will be organic chemistry.

Syllabus :

Numericals are asked more in Physical Chemistry. Isn't it?  It has more weightage.  The gift comes to you from organic chemistry.  There are two chapters in Organic Chemistry but those two chapters are getting so many marks.  There are so many marks that they overshadow many chapters. First thing.  Second thing, these two chapters should not be left out.  Because look, organic is all about a chain.  If you study 10th then you can easily pass 11th.  Study for 11th Easily, if you study well you will be able to do 12th Easily.  It is like a chain. So you should not give up organic at all.  Do not skip any chapter of organic.  The reason is that this is going to be completely useful on the 12th. You must have studied Carbon and its Compounds on the 10th, you will see it yourself, you will understand that chapter from A to Z here also.   Almost everything will be visible here. Reaction, alkane, alkene, alkyne that is, which are hydrocarbons.    Besides this, you will also use the basics of homologous series, nomenclature etc. here too.   And this will be a little bit advanced form.  And from here your base for 12th Chemistry will also be prepared.  So there will be your chapters of organic.  Then inorganic chemistry comes.   There are many exceptions.  It is more theoretical.   The first book has six chapters. Let us understand which ones.  The first chapter gives you some basic concepts of chemistry.  As I said, whatever you have studied in 9th and 10th is going to stay here little by little.  A little bit of the basics is covered in various chapters.  I will tell you as I go along.  So in this, you have to apply some basics of 9th and 10th in some basic concepts of chemistry.  It is an easy chapter and why is it important? Because as I said you already know the basics.  This chapter is of seven marks.  In the second chapter we have the structure of an atom.  Structure of an atom is a lengthy chapter.   I read about this in ninth.  You must have read a little about it in 10th. But there is too much of it here.  Meaning, this is not a small chapter like the 9th and 10th.  The length is a little more.  There will be more things in it.  End is an important chapter because it is worth nine marks. So, this also becomes an important chapter for you.  Next you have Classification of Elements and Periodicity in Properties. You have not read this chapter in 10th. Well, you might know some basics and this chapter is not very long either.  It is not too difficult either. This chapter will be a little easy.    So next you have classification of elements. This chapter is of six marks. Next chapter you have chemicals.  A Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure.  You have also studied a little about chemical bonding. Ionic bond is a covalent bond right?  I have read a little bit.  Again you will go into a little more detail. You will read a lot of theories here.  Isn't it?  You will study VBT, you will study Balance VSEPR Theory.   A lot of theories will be added here. And you will have to know in a little more detail here.  So this is your seven marks chapter.  Next is a very important chapter, Thermodynamics. Thermodynamics is a part of physical chemistry.  Numerical portions are more in number.   Numerical questions are asked more than this.  Its weightage is nine marks.  Do not skip this chapter at all. This is important.  Next comes to you equilibrium.   what happens here?  The Equilibrium chapter is divided into two portions. Chemical Equilibrium, Ionic Equilibrium.   Overall its weightage is seven marks.  So brother, on this page, the marks of these chapters are written.  Why are marks important to know?  I told you once how to make notes.  When you are reading a chapter, you should know its weightage while reading that chapter. So that you can understand how important it is.  In what way can questions arise from that?  You get to know all these things from marks.   How much weightage questions can be asked?  You will understand at once.  And one more thing happens that if you look somewhere when we talk about 11th, in 11th standard, in 9th standard, teachers have a very important role in it.  So, you should definitely listen to what your teachers are telling you and not ask more than this chapter or if they give you some extra information in between in the school, then you should follow that more.   These are the rest of the things according to this.  Next we come to part two.  There are three chapters. Now you look carefully.  The first chapter is redox reactions.  There is chapter number four.   This is a very short chapter.  It is called important because predictable questions arise from it.  Meaning only a few types of questions will be asked every time.  Is n't it?  So you will have to do the same.  So, it is somehow predictable as to which question may cost how much.  It is a very easy chapter.  It is a very easy chapter as compared to other chapters of class 11th Chemistry.   Next chapter we have is organic chemistry.  Brother, say as many important things as you can because you should not leave any topic out. Some Basic Principles and Techniques is chapter number 11.  This chapter has the highest marks among all the marks you have seen so far. So you must have understood its meaning.  You do n't even need to tell me.  And at the same time if you haven't understood anything then let me just tell you that as it is, it will come out in 12th.  Next you have hydrocarbons in which you will read about alkanes.  You will learn about alkenes, alkynes, arenes here. This chapter also carries more weightage.  This is a chapter of 10 marks.  Again it is very important.  If we look at the overall picture, it is a total of 70 marks.   This whole paper carries 70 marks.   So this is your syllabus overview. Marks are done.  Important chapters are also done.  I guess you must have understood this thing. Look again as I am saying that this is not your 10th.  It is 11th.  You will have to be a little more serious.  I am not scaring you. Look, it's not that I'm scaring you. I am just telling a little truth.    You are understanding this only by looking at your syllabus. Isn't it?  If you compare it with 10th book then pick up a science book.  And just pick up this chemistry book.  Then you will understand the comparison.  Isn't it?  So it is very important.  Look, if you start with guidance and discipline and stay from the beginning, then everything can become easy.   And that is why we have brought to you the Prarambh Batch in which I will teach you Chemistry.  Prashant Sir and also Ravi Sir will teach you Physics.
