Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered:

• Completed or appearing in final year of B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Instrumentation engineering.
   
• Must belong to one of the 35 recognized institutions (including 31 NITs + 4 designated colleges).
   
• Should be a 2025 pass-out, having completed their degree within 4 years, without any backlogs or extended semesters.
   
• Minimum 65% aggregate marks in graduation (for candidates up to 7th semester, if results are awaited).
   
• Minimum 60% in Class X and XII.
   
• Must have a valid GATE 2025 score in the relevant stream.
   
• Maximum age: 27 years as of May 31, 2025.

Recruitment Process

The selection process involves the following stages:

1. Initial Screening – Candidates will be filtered based on their GATE 2025 scores.
    
2. Group Discussion (GD) – Shortlisted individuals will be invited to participate in GD rounds to assess communication and teamwork.

Pay Package & Career Path

KRIBHCO offers a one-year training period for selected candidates, after which they will be absorbed as full-time employees in the role of Senior Engineer.

Upon absorption, the candidate becomes eligible for KRIBHCO’s full set of benefits and allowances as per company policy and bond shall be required to be executed to serve at crypto for a period of 3 years after the completion of training so that bond will be of 2 lakh rupees during the training period um you'll be getting a stipend um of 55,000 rupees per month and there will some allowances as well a CTC during the training period will be 16.32 lakhs right so it's a good CTC and after the successful clean you know completion of uh uh training you'll be recruited as a senior engineer and your CTC will be 16.81 81 lakhs peranom Apart from that job profile selected candidates will be imparted on the job training for one year and his or her respective discipline.

Service Agreement

All selected candidates will be required to sign a 3-year service bond post-training. The financial commitment is as follows:

• General/OBC: ₹2,00,000
   
• SC/ST: ₹50,000
   

This bond ensures a minimum service period with the organization after training completion.

He or she should be willing to work 24/7 environments in the shifts He or she will be posted to a plan site hazira sur however he or she must be prepared for relocation of corporate office Noida as per requirements for the organization So NOIA is the corporate office After successful completion of training he or she will be absorbed in the services of crypo senior engineers and will be assigned for job responsibility for particular domain Right and uh career progression as you can see top level executive positions director level can be there right so if you are uh willing to go for this particular position it's a good position.
