If you are just a graduate, you are just a graduate, even if you are 40, you can still apply for most of the banking jobs. Yes, there are one or two exceptions which I will talk about. So first of all, clear this doubt that any graduate is eligible for this and no one else.  There is no percentage criteria and there is no need for any specific stream. Whether you have done BA, BSc, BTech or graduation in any other field, if you are a graduate from a UGC recognized university, then this job can be for you. Apart from this, the most important question that comes to mind is why only the banking sector. So look, it offers you a lot of benefits which you will not get anywhere else. The first benefit is the kind of salary that these banking jobs give you at the entry level, you will not get it anywhere else. A good package, a good salary is what they offer you. I will talk about it in detail. The second factor is stability. In the kind of world we are living in today, the most vulnerable point is job stability. You keep hearing news every day that that particular company from the private sector fired so many people. That particular company fired so many people. Our banking sector jobs in the banking sector give good stability. If you do good work, then you can stay in the job for a long time. You can work in this sector without any anxiety and stress. The third important factor is respect. There must be someone around you who works in a bank. If someone works in a public sector bank, you must know that it is a highly respected job. Society looks at bank employees with a very good eye. They get a lot of respect.

Type of Exams :

The next factor is good career growth. If I talk about career growth, then the banking sector is a sector where you can touch heights. I always take one example. If you know Aru Bhattacharya ji in SBI, she had joined as a probationary officer at some point of time and when she retired, she was the chairman, the highest position of SBI. So a PO travels till the chairman. So you can imagine how good career growth will be in the banking sector. Apart from this, there are other allowances apart from the salary. For example, you can get loans at a rate lower than the market rate. You will get a house to live in. All these things depend on which position you choose.  If you are in a bank, then these are the benefits. Now, what are those jobs which are most desired? Firstly, I will name SBI PO. SBI is the largest public sector bank in the country. You know that when you join SBI PO, you are offered a salary of approximately Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 70,000. The age criteria is 21 to 30 years. You have to go through three stages where you are selected through the first pre- exam, then the mains exam and finally the interview. This is the most desired job. Children run after it because you can see that it offers a superb salary at the entry level. Second is IBPS PO. IBPS PO is also no less than SBI PO. If you see, whether it is about salary, it is 55 to 55000.

Salary :

You get a lump sum salary here depending on where you are posted. 21 to 30 year old people get a salary. Your age limit is the same. The selection pattern is also the same. There is a pre- examination, after that there is the main examination and finally you are selected with the help of an interview. At number three comes SBI Clerk. SBI Clerk is a good opportunity. If you want to enter the banking sector at the entry level, it offers a salary of 33 to 50000.

Age Limit :

The age limit, as you can see, is 2 years less. People between 21 and 28 years can apply for it. Its selection process is also of only two stages, where you have to give the pre and main exam. You do not have to go through the interview process. So it is a very lucrative option if you want to try it. At number four is IBPS Clerk. Just like there is SBI Clerk, there is also IBPS Clerk. Here also you get a salary of about 3000 to 48000. The age limit is 21 to 28 years. And the pattern and stages are also of pre and mains, like in SBI clerk, you can apply here also, it is a good opportunity to get admission at the entry level, it is clear in the banking sector, the one I place at number five is our Central Bank job, I am talking about RBI, RBI, you know, Central Bank is the bank of all banks, so RBI grade B vacancy is such a vacancy which is most desired.

Exam Pattern :

People who are preparing for UPSC also apply for it, it is a little different, why different, let me explain, first of all understand that the criteria for graduation for this is 60 pre, you should have minimum 60 marks, its structure of examination is the same, there is mains and interview, but in its main examination you get to see some other subjects as well, like current issues, so here we have to study a little laboratory and there is interview process as well.  But its benefits are that it is said that the salary you get at the entry level in RBI Grade B is not even given to an IAS officer selected through UPSC, so you can guess which particular position I am talking about, what kind of job it would be, your salary is around 1 lakh plus and you get to see a very good work culture here, so if you are targeting 2024, then you can think about these five jobs and prepare, a question must be coming to mind, do we have to prepare separately for all the five, the answer is no, see, whatever examples I am giving you, whatever banks I am telling you about, whatever profiles I am telling you about, in all these profiles, you get to see mainly mathematics, English reasoning and general awareness for banking, awareness, a little part of computer also, even if you prepare for SBI PO, you have to study the same subjects, even if you prepare for IBPS PO, you have to study the same subjects.  If you want to study Clerk IBPS, Clerk RBI, Grade B, then generally what is the syllabus.
